The deadline for registration is  October 31, 2016. The fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch buffets, and the gala dinner.

Early bird fee (Payment prior to Saturday 15 October 2016)

  • Academic Presenters: €400
  • Professionals: €500

Full fee (Payment received after Saturday 15 October 2016)

  • Academic Presenters: €450
  • Professionals: €600

The accompanying person fee: €200 (this fee is intended for person who wants to accompany a participant to the conference's gala dinner, but who will NOT be participating in the scientific program)

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

50% of the conference fee will be charged to all registered individuals who withdraw prior to the registration deadline (31 October 2016). No refunds are available on or after that date.
